Hawkins discusses the rising concern of employers having access to
employees' home computers and data, regardless of whether it was used
for work. Hawkins used the example of Northwest Airlines having a
federal judge order an employee's personal computers turned over for
forensic analysis. Hawkins ends with some suggestions on how to
keep your information private even if your computer has to be turned
over to law enforcement.
