My process for choosing a research topic, and what makes a good
research topic, are the same. A good research topic is something
that is something that is interesting to the writer, and to the
audience. Furthermore, it needs to be a topic where there is
enough material to support the hypothesis. Finally, it must be a
topic that meets the constraints of the objective, both in scope and
purpose.
