The most reliable site that I have used is Purdue's Writing Lab (http://owl.english.purdue.edu/). They cover almost every aspect of the writing process, though it is the Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling (http://owl.english.purdue.edu/handouts/grammar/index.html) subset of the site that I find most helpful. While all of the material is helpful, I have found that their instruction on punctuation, such as commas, hyphens, and semicolons, to be superior to anything else that I have seen elsewhere on the Internet.
