Dear Mr. Gottlieb:

Although the process is pretty painless, it will take some time to complete. For example, before you can fill out a financial aid packet called FAFSA, it will require that you get a PIN from the Department of Education. This process takes a few days to complete before you can begin working on the FAFSA form, which requires lots of information, most of which is found out your prior year tax documents. The good news is that you can do all of these steps online, and save as you go along, so it is not necessary to fill out at one sitting.
I have found Western International to be a great educational partner as I further in my career. I have become a better writer in the few courses that I have taken, which already impacts my career path in a very positive way. Further, I know that as I continue with Western International, my prospects for advancement go up tremendously.
Chris,
I sincerely hope that this information is helpful to you. Please know that you can contact me at any

Mr. Len Lauer
Sprint PCS
Sprint World Headquarters
Mr. Lauer,
Recently I was disappointed to see fees on my cell phone bill which I do not feel are rightful charges. I have been receiving text messages which inform me of services you offer, and I have been getting a ten cent charge for each daily message.
Frankly, I do not feel that it is a reasonable business practice to send these messages, which equivocally are advertisements, at my expense. Although the price is minimal, by the end of the month I have acquired an additional $3 fee.
I think a more reasonable alternative would be to send me the messages, but not charge for the service. This could be accomplished by setting up a $3 refund each month or putting a minimal amount of text messaging free of charge. In either case, I would not be charged for the messages, which is my primary concern.
I have enjoyed having my business with Sprint PCS, and I recommend you to friends and family. I have been with your company for five years now, and I have no plans to move my business. I am convinced that this situation can be resolved in a way that is mutually beneficial to both you and me.
Sincerely,
Erik Smith

Mr. Chris Gallo
Kwik Kar Lube & Tune
Dear Mr. Gallo:
I want to thank you for the recent kindness that was shown by your employee Jason Jones, on Wednesday, May 11, 2005. Mr. Jones, in my opinion, went above and beyond the call of duty and changed the oil on my car very quickly at closing time.
I found out a few minutes before your store was closing that my Grandmother had a heart attack and was being rushed to a hospital over 200 miles away. I knew that I needed to get down to see her right away, but I also knew that my car was in dire need of an oil change, and I did not want to damage the only car I own, by not taking proper care of it. Furthermore, my check engine light was on, and although I believed that the oil change was the cause, I could not be sure until the computer was checked.
Due to the fact that the shop was about to close Mr. Jones was not able to do the normal 21 point inspection that is included in the price of the oil change. I not only did not mind, I appreciated his willingness to work so fast, to make the turn around time quicker.
I assure you that I will be sharing my experience with my neighbors and friends in the area. I will encourage them to use your establishment for all of their car repair needs. Furthermore, I plan on increasing the usage of your company by bringing my car in for other repairs, and not just for routine oil changes.
Mr. Gallo, thank you again for having such high standards for your employees. Jason Jones is a fine example of employees that I wish more companies would hire. He is truly an asset to your organization.
Sincerely,
Erik Smith

Dear Mr. Taylor:
As the economy has been improving Northern Trust has once again resumed setting record earnings. A key element of these earnings has been due to the outstanding performance by the World Wide Operations and Technology group in leveraging our computer systems for maximum company benefit. It was also understandable that during the slower economic times that it was not possible to give large merit increases, but this is no longer the case. During this time I have made numerous significant accomplishments to the infrastructure to warrant a significant merit raise now that Northern Trust’s performance has recovered.
During this time I single handedly upgraded the entire Dallas and Austin infrastructure to Windows 2003. Of even greater note this upgrade happened without any downtime. Of even greater significance this happened without any user impact. This is without precedent within the corporation. Furthermore, my upgrade strategy, tools, and techniques have been mirrored by other locations with excellent success.
I also provided senior level support for the Windows XP upgrade throughout the Dallas and Austin sites. This allowed for these upgrades to occur well ahead of schedule and with minimal user impact. Furthermore, I rectified over three times the corporation’s average support ticket count with no degradation in my service.
Finally,
I have recently created some scripts now running in the entire
Overall, I have significantly contributed to Northern Trust’s performance over these last couple of years. This has been accomplished by enhancing our products and services to the users while at the same time minimizing any adverse effects. In support of the company I have foregone previous merit raises, but now that the company is in a record setting level it is appropriate for me to now be compensated for this work.
Sincerely,
Erik Smith
