The statistics reveal that Asians are a highly integrated group within American culture.  Furthermore, they tend to be  highly educated which in indicative that they are integrated into areas with better educational systems.  Furthermore, their median income is well above the national average

Do the the overall small population of Asians within the United States in comparison to other minority groups they tend to be lumped in with normal American culture.  This is enhanced by their overall high level of education and median income which would help to view them as a peer rather than as one competing for limited resources.  This parallels the Blauner Hypothesis that they should have less difficulties because they are not a colonized minority group.
